I am a proud member of the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitations. The mullet isn't s haircut it is a lifestyle. The lifestyle represents a long history for those who choose to wear their hair the way they want. My mullet is called "The California Curls" which represents where I have lived my entire life. The mullet gained traction when Joe Dirt said "Business in front party in the back." For me it is "Recess in front, detention in the back."
