Born during the Covid lockdown, this hairstyle was never supposed to see the first day of Kindergarten. A year was the original deal Rocky’s dad made with his mom. But with each month that passed and each luscious curl that tightened, it became clear that these locks didn’t belong to any one person. To deprive the world of their majesty would be robbing not only the boy, but the entire community of a beautiful gift.

With great hair comes great responsibility, and Rocky proudly carried that responsibility throughout his Kindergarten year. He’ s somewhat of a local folk legend, walking around the city in his signature adidas track suit, and has been known to stop traffic on multiple occasions while a fellow awakened soul slows their truck, turns down their Billy Ray, and lets him know how righteous his waterfall is.
