Rhett Kemble – Penalty Flow

Ledyard, CT

One day a young mite hockey player decided practice just wasn't enough to get the swagger he wanted on the ice. He implored his mother and father to let him have a "Mo-let." The haircut instantly became his calling card and complimented his frequent antics on the ice. His team's broadcaster became a huge fan and started mentioning the "Penalty Flow" on-air. Soon there were other Mullets appearing around the rink. One six-year-old started a movement here in Southeast Connecticut.
