I play hockey and started growing my hair long. Then I decided that I could pull off a mullet, since it really fits my personality of a combination of serious and fun. I decided to put the Stars and Stripes in the side for Memorial Day to honor our veterans, since my grandfather and great grandfather were both Marines. I love the hairdo and it’s become part of my identity.
