Joe has had a mullet for five of his seven years. He is able to run, play, swim and compete in jujitsu tournaments while his glorious locks sway in the breeze. He is an all A student proving that good looks and brains can be combined with a glorious head of hair. This is Joe’s second year competing in the USA Mullet Championship and he looks forward to increasing his standings from his previous Top 30 finish.
If he gets the grand prize, he wants to buy a golf cart to ride around the neighborhood and wave at all of the second grade girls.
