Harrison Piper – The Good Bull

College Station, Texas

While scrolling through social media on my mom's phone, I came across this competition and decided I wanted to be a part of this. At first I thought it was just fun to grow my hair out, but then I saw that it supports veterans. My mom's dad is a veteran so I thought it was cool to be a part of that. My whole family is an Aggie family, so it only makes sense that my mullet is "The Good Bull." As a Fightin' Texas Aggie, "Good Bull" means to advance or embrace the Aggie Spirit, sometimes it means you approve of something, I think EVERYONE should approve of the Mullet! I have really liked growing out my mullet, especially the attention that I have gotten from it. When I am at school, I had a ton of people come up to me and comment about how cool my hair was. That made me feel good, especially when it was my older brother's friends complimenting my hair. I most definitely had the BEST hair cut on my football team. I am sure it is why I had a pick-six, well almost a pick-six, I started shaking "The Good Bull" (my mullet) to celebrate a little too early and they pulled my flag at the 1 yard line. It was worth it!
