Carter hadn’t cut his for for a couple of months and friends of ours told him he should grow a mullet. They started telling him stories of how they had mullets back in the 70s and that they even permed their mullets. Once they informed him that it was a “chick magnet” that is all it took. He started growing his mullet out.
