The mullet started as a bet between three friends on the last day day of fourth grade in 2021. Two friends followed through but only one mullet still stands. It has been feared on the football field and the wrestling mats. It has been admired by many and a joke to family and friends. One time a change was considered and the barber said they would have to turn the chair to face the door so they could watch the eagle fall from the sky if it was cut.
