Rowley is 3 years old. He has not had his hair cut since birth except for the top. From a peach fuzz head to a full mullet, he can not help but turn heads when he comes walking through. Dad wants him to enjoy his hair while he still can (dad is bald). When asked if he would like to cut his long hair, he always says no.
