I first cut my hair into a mullet after getting out of a abusive relationship. My partner during that relationship told me I would look ridiculous with one, I could never have one, etc.. After I dumped him, I cut my hair into a mullet out of spite. I continued to grow it out and after a few years, people in my community started identifying me by my mullet. My friends kids have come to love it too. One calls it my "Dino Hair", and another has cut his hair into a mullet now. I wouldn't change it for the world.
